How long will my nails last with the Jelly glue tabs?
With proper care and prep, your set can last anywhere from 3-5 days.Jelly tabs allow the wearer, non damaging flexibility.
What are Sun and Silk nails made out of?
Sun and silk nails are handmade with love and crafted from salon quality acrylic and gel.
What inspired Sun and Silk?
The founders of Sun and Silk are always on the go. We love the way a fresh set feels, but never have the time to spend 2 hours in a salon chair. We also found that salon trips were starting to add up. Each style was thoughtfully drempted up by our team, resulting in an extensive nail capsule wardrobe.
Are there any tips or tricks to help prolong longevity?
We have found that Sun and Silk nails are best applied at night before bed. It allows the glue to set while you sleep, waking up with flawless nails. Avoid water activities, and hair wash day for 2-3 hours, water can loosen the glue before it has time to set.
What comes with a Sun and Silk set?
Each Sun and Silk set comes with a full set of handmade custom acrylic press on nails. You will also receive a complimentary silk travel pouch, nail case, and preparation pouch.
How long will it take to receive my package?
Depending on your location, your package will ship out 3-5 business day after we receive the order.
What is your return policy?
Once used we unfortunately don’t accept returns due to hygienic protocols. If your set is not to your liking or comes damaged please reach out to us via email: sunandsilknails@gmail.com
How do I remove a set of nails?
As tempting as it might be to pull off our nails, it can be damaging and weaken your natural nails as well as your sun and silk set. We recommend soaking your nails in warm soapy water.
How do I reuse my nails?
Gently spray or wipe alcohol on the underside of the nail. Once dry you can pop them back into the carrying case!
What happens if a nail pops off?
If a nail gets loose or pops off. Clean the glue off the back of the nail, you can then reapply using the preparation steps.
